Purpose of the service

StudyMate AI is a study aid. It helps you organize course materials, understand concepts and revise. It does not provide certified academic, legal, medical or financial advice.

Academic integrity

You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity rules. Submitting AI-generated text as your own work may constitute misconduct. Use generated summaries, flashcards and explanations to learn, not to replace assessed work.

Accuracy

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect, even when grounded in your uploaded materials. Always verify important information against your course materials and lecturers.

Acceptable use

• Upload only material you have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to produce harmful, unlawful or harassing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or access other users' data.

Fair use limits

AI requests are subject to a daily limit per account so the service stays available to everyone. Limits may change over time.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
